Meet our Instructors
Simon
Simon, the Company Director, is a Grade A DVSA Approved Instructor. He retired from the Police Service in 2005 having served 30 years. Simon achieved Grade One Traffic Patrol car driver, and a Grade One motorcyclist, Ministry of Transport vehicle examiner and Road Traffic Accident Investigator.
During his service he was a front line Traffic Patrol Officer and trained as a VIP and Anti Terrorist Escort Officer. With a natural ability and flair for driving, at the age of 21 he was the youngest appointed member of the Eastern Traffic Department
Sandra
Sandra is a fully qualified ADI and a highly valued member of the team here at System Driving, trained by Simon. She has a wealth of experience in driver training and is trained purely in ‘Roadcraft’ – The Police System of Car Control.
You will both find her to be a kind and reliable woman, ethically strong and a calming influence in the vehicle. Sandra enjoys our full support and will qualify fully soon.

Michael Soley
Michael is also a retired Traffic Officer having served for many years alongside Simon in the Eastern Traffic Dept. Michael was involved primarily enforcing road traffic regulations and front-line crime fighting. As you would expect his driving skills are exemplary. The culmination of a successful career in policing saw Michael delivering Command team courses to senior officers at the National College of Policing.
Michael has now turned his skills to training some very fortunate clients here at System Driving Limited. With his extensive background in training, Michael is a highly valued member of the team.

Instructor Training
Simon has been successfully running his business since 2005, with an enviable pass rate for for trainee ADI’s. He is now prepared to share his successful formula with those who can demonstrate that they can work to the exacting standards applied at System Driving.
